Four decades ago, Bellevue was a small community that existed to service the needs of the surrounding farming communities. Today, Bellevue is a large unincorporated suburb of Nashville, TN. It is currently one of the more densely populated areas of Davidson County, due to the high concentration of condominiums and town homes.
Located near the beautiful and historic Harpeth River, Bellevue, once consisted of a few buildings such as a hardware store, a post office, and a Masonic lodge hall, however, now it offers big-city amenities like the Bellevue YMCA, football, baseball, basketball, HYSA youth soccer, several golf courses including Harpeth Hills and quick access to two parks, (Percy Warner & Edwin Warner) which span 2684 acres of forest and field with access to an equestrian center, horse trails and cross country running. There are also the natural river sports that come with living close to the Harpeth.
The real estate in the area consists of older ranch style homes that can start in the 170s along with new construction that range from the low-200s to the high 300s. With all the amenities available in Bellevue, it is no secret that this area is a great place to live.
