Check your outside grounds by:
- If needed, remove any building materials, scrap wood, discarded household items, etc. from the property
- If needed, store garbage cans in the garage and out of the public eye
- If needed, sweep and clean walkways and make sure all outside lights are working
- If needed, power wash the outside of the home
Check the roof line down:
- If needed, clear roof from obstructions and moss
- If needed, clear gutters of debris and make sure they are neatly hung
- If needed, clean the windows and make sure they are free from obstructions and trim back bushes or trees
- If needed, trim the bushes, trees and shrubs to be neat and presentable
Check the condition of the paint or siding:
- If needed, power wash the siding
- If needed, touch up paint on home, porches and decks
- If needed, clean and paint the front door
Check the condition of flower beds and gardens:
- If needed, prune those plants
- If needed, clear beds of weeds
- If needed, mulch the flowerbeds
Check the condition of the lawn:
- If needed, free the lawn from weeds
- If needed, clean up grass clippings
- If needed, edge the lawn neatly
